(Where did you get the idea to write the book The 5 Dimensions of Happiness?) Bilingual answer.

INGLÉS I conducted face-to-face courses from 2009 to 2012 on happiness. For this purpose, I carried out my extensive research addressing diverse authors, from classical philosophers to the new pioneers of positive psychology. In the end, I did not agree with their proposals, as I felt that many were incomplete suggestions or were of very general application, which did not respond to the inherent needs of each individual. In the end, we all want to be happy, but we don't know how. This motivated me to develop my model, to rethink the issue from a serious perspective that would explain to myself what is happiness and why the vast majority seems to settle down with a failed and unrealized happiness.
